RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in interventional cardiac catheterization lab with 3 cath labs
• 3 staff per room ratio with mix of RNs and cardiovascular technologists
• Must have experience working in an interventional cardiac cath lab
• Preferred experience in high-volume lab handling complex cases
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations
• Handle Impella and balloon-pump procedures
• Manage peripheral cases and complex PCIs
• Work with occasional devices
• Use GE X-ray/MacLab equipment and Meditech EMR system
• On-call responsibilities some weekends and weekdays
• Must be able to report to hospital within 30 minutes of call-back
• Required certifications: RN, RT
• Dress code: Light blue scrubs provided by hospital
• Must be easy-going, kind, and friendly personality
• Able to work in fast-paced, busy lab environment
• Professional behavior and vital attendance required
• No floating to other areas

Facility:

This medical center features a comprehensive cardiac catheterization program located on the 3rd floor of the Levinson building. The facility operates 3 modern cath labs with state-of-the-art equipment and maintains a team of 10-11 staff members per day. The organization focuses on both diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, handling complex cases including advanced cardiac interventions and peripheral procedures in a high-volume environment.
