RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts in a 4x10 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Limited to 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule
• On-call requirements: on average every 6-7 days with rotating weekend call
• Scheduled late shifts designated to stay late if needed
• Work as RN Circulator focusing on assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care
• Act as patient advocate at all times in the operating room
• Handle general surgery including urology and gynecology cases
• Perform orthopedic surgery including scopes and arthroplasty procedures
• Must be flexible on kinds of cases and work as a team player
• 1+ year of experience required in general surgery, urology, gynecology, and orthopedics
• Experience required with DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning
• Required certification: BLS (AHA only)
• Work with equipment including DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Dress code: Hospital-provided black scrubs in the OR
• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1 (exemptions must be client approved)
