Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Echo Technologist - Echo Tech
Job Details:
• Work 10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Rotating days schedule including rotating weekends
• Overnight call coverage 5:00 PM to 6:30 AM for 2-3 nights per month with strict guidelines and cardiologist approval required
• Total of 40 hours per week
• Perform 7-8 echocardiograms per day
• Minimum 5 years of echocardiography experience required
• At least 2+ years of acute inpatient echo experience in a Trauma 1 level facility required
• Proficiency in transthoracic echocardiograms (TTEs), stress echocardiograms, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs)
• Experience with 3D echo and strain imaging
• In-depth knowledge of complex cardiac anatomy and pathology
• Expertise in optimizing image quality and using ultrasound contrast agents
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows in critical care environment
• Must adhere to ASE and IAC standards for quality and compliance
• Strong patient care and communication skills required
• Participation in case reviews, feedback sessions, and educational opportunities with sonographers, cardiologists, and fellows

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
