Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
• Primarily mid-shift schedule with 12:00 noon start time or mid-day shift
• Variable hours with call required
• Routine weekend shifts will be scheduled
• Must be graduate of an accredited AMA school
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer
• Minimum 2 years experience required along with prior travel experience
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures
• Conduct C-arm procedures and OR imaging services
• Demonstrate proficiency at routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities
• Perform biopsy/drainage procedures
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures required
• Conduct studies with or without contrast media
• Must have knowledge of cross sectional anatomy
