Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM with 30-minute lunch break
• No call requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience required along with prior travel experience
• Local candidates will not be accepted
• BLS certification required
• Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school
• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Must be licensed by the state as a general radiographer
• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under radiologist direction
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy required
