RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in Blue Hills FSED (Free Standing Emergency Department)
• 8-bed emergency department with daily staffing of 6 nurses
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Care for high and low acuity emergency department patients
• Provide care for critically ill patients
• Perform medication administration and coordinate laboratory services
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Emergency department nursing experience required
• ENPC certification preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• Use GE equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 4 weekend shifts per schedule
• No floating to other units
• Day shift staffing includes 2 RNs, 1 EMT, and 2 mid-shift RNs
• Night shift staffing includes 2 RNs
