Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• Work Saturday through Monday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Full-time position
• Must have excellent Transfusion Service (Blood Banking) skills
• Perform all routine and complicated laboratory procedures including specimen processing and handling
• Test patient specimens, calculate and report results
• Perform quality control procedures
• Operate and maintain instruments and equipment
• Must cross-train to other laboratory sections as needed
• Utilize Laboratory Information System
• Process patient specimens with attention to minimal pediatric specimen volumes
• Provide notification and documentation of critical laboratory values
• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology required
• Must possess MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT certification from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS
• One year of approved clinical laboratory experience required including rotations through Blood Banking, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Urinalysis/Body Fluids
• Must maintain current certification if expiration date applies
• New graduates must complete Board Certification within 1 year of hire

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
