RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Varied scheduling with blocked scheduling available upon request
• 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible
• 2+ years of emergency room experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Patient ratio of 1:4-6 in a 12-bed emergency department
• Any solid color scrubs acceptable
• EMR systems: EDIS/Medhost
• No call requirements
• No floating to other units required
• Auto offers only with no interviews required
• Provide emergency room patient care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in emergency department care
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
