Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• 13-week contract assignment
• 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Schedule flexibility required (may work 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM based on operational needs)
• Call requirements distributed evenly among staff
• Weekend on-call coverage for emergent cases
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• RCIS/RCES certification preferred
• Cardiac catheterization lab and electrophysiology experience preferred
• Work in fast-paced team environment with 3 operating cath lab rooms (2 EP compatible)
• Typical day shift staffing includes 2 RNs and 2 CV techs per case
• Perform procedures including cardiac catheterization, PCI, electrophysiology (a-fib), Watchmen, TAVR, INARI, device implants (PPM, ICD), and Impella
• Work with Meditech EMR system
• Dress code requires royal blue or black scrubs

This healthcare facility features a state-of-the-art cardiovascular services department with 3 operating cardiac catheterization lab rooms, including 2 that are electrophysiology compatible. The facility has achieved significant recognition with 2 facility STS ratings and maintains the highest structural heart volume in El Paso, performing 50 TAVR procedures. The department is known for excellent patient outcomes with very low PCI mortality rates and maintains modern equipment and technology to support comprehensive cardiovascular care.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
