Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts in Progressive Care Unit Stepdown
• Provide intermediate care for patients who require monitoring between ICU and general medical floor levels
• Monitor patients with cardiac conditions, post-surgical recovery, and other conditions requiring enhanced observation
• Skills-based hiring approach utilized for candidate selection
• National certification required for non-licensed professionals
• Must maintain current nursing license and applicable certifications
• Work with advanced monitoring equipment and telemetry systems
