Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work variable day and night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Float to other units as needed including medical-surgical (MS) unit
• Facility float to Rhinelander, Eagle River and Tomahawk locations with pre-scheduled floating
• Patient ratios: 1:2 in ICU, 1:3-1:4 for intermediate care (IMC), and 1:5-1:6 for medical-surgical
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Subject to low census and on-call requirements with 2-hour minimum callback
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Work in 10-bed ICU/IMC unit and 34-bed medical-surgical unit
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• One travel assignment preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Flu season mask requirement if vaccination declined
