Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work in a 24-bed telemetry unit with capability of caring for 8 step down patients
• Patient ratios: 3:1 for step down patients, 5:1 for day shift, 7:1 for night shift
• ACLS certification required
• Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, and care plan development
• Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Work within a team nursing model
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential
• Care for patients in large rooms equipped with private bathrooms and showers
