Opportunity:

RN - ICU; Additional Notes from VMS= MSICU RN

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week over a 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule required
• May float to medical-surgical unit if needed
• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum callback pay
• ICU unit maintains 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Work with critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and care
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• EPIC charting system experience required
• 2 years ICU experience required, medical-surgical experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: Michigan RN license, AHA BLS, and ACLS
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers required to wear masks at all times
