Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day or night variable shifts (day shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, night shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week over 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and every other holiday schedule required
• Day shift maintains 4-5 patient ratio, night shift typically 1:6-8 patient ratio
• Float to like units as needed including other facility locations within the health system
• Can be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum callback pay
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Required: Wisconsin RN License, BLS certification, EPIC charting experience, minimum 2 years experience
• Preferred: ACLS certification, Bachelor's Degree (Associate Degree or Certificate acceptable)
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Care for adults with respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, infectious diseases, and acute alcohol withdrawal
• Must demonstrate resilience, independence, positive attitude, flexibility, and strong collaboration skills
• Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
