Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Float to other locations in the south region including Wisconsin Rapids, Plover, and Divine Savior
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• On-call rotation averaging 1 day per week and every 6th weekend
• Call back minimum of 2 hours when called back to facility
• Required certifications: RDMS OB/GYN and BLS
• Minimum 2+ years ultrasound tech experience required
• Associate Degree or Certificate education required
• Work with Philips Epiq Elite machines and GE Logic machines
• Perform OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, general US/VL, paras and thoras, and small parts ultrasounds
• Proficiency in all ultrasound areas required
• Average 6-8 exams per day
• Professional appearance required with scrubs of any color acceptable
• Must be excellent team player providing quality patient care with effective communication skills
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers required to wear mask at all times
