Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• 1:2 patient ratio in critical care unit
• Float to similar units within skillset and other facility locations within 40-mile radius (Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River)
• Subject to being placed on call during low census periods
• Call back minimum is 2 hours when called in
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA or Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2+ years ICU experience required
• Prior critical access/rural experience highly preferred
• EPIC charting system used (no prior experience required)
• Occasional pediatric surgical patients (ENT or orthopedic cases)
• Clinical interview required
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• 13-week contract length
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
• Associate degree or certificate required
