Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP
• 72 hours guaranteed biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in the second week
• 8-hour or 12-hour day shifts available
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to like units within skillset to other locations in the North Region as needed
• On-call requirements during 36 hours of unbillable low census with call back pay if recalled
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with ER experience mandatory
• Required certifications: Wisconsin CNA License and BLS
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Inpatient acute care experience highly preferred
• Must be hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Able to work independently, complete tasks timely, and collaborate effectively with team
• Positive attitude and flexibility required for constant shift changes
• Any professional-colored scrubs acceptable
• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Mask requirement during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination per facility policy
