Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment with ASAP start date
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-hour variable day/PM shifts
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum callback
• Patient ratio: 1:4-1:6 days/PM, 1:8 nights on 12-bed inpatient rehab unit
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience required in inpatient hospital setting (STAC)
• Medical surgical rehab experience preferred or M/S background
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must demonstrate rehab knowledge and skills
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times
• Must be hard working, resilient, and manage change well
