Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• 36 guaranteed hours per week (except during orientation week and holidays when unit is closed)
• 8-week contract assignment
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:4-1:6 during PM shifts and 1:8 during night shifts
• Care for 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients
• Must have 1 year medical surgical rehab experience preferred or medical/surgical background
• Inpatient hospital setting experience required (STAC)
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Rehabilitation knowledge and skillset required
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
