Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically higher acuity units
• Can be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• 2+ years nursing experience required with stepdown/intermediate/PCU experience mandatory
• ICU and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/tracheostomy experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Work on 36-bed medical surgical intermediate care unit with heavy telemetry
• Manage patients with stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleeds, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• 4:1 patient ratio including primary patients and insulin drips
• Any color scrubs allowed
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be able to work independently in fast-paced environment
