Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts primarily 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, but may need to work 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 6-8 nights of weeknight call and 1-2 weekend call during the contract period
• 30-minute response time required when on call - must be ready and in the OR within that timeframe
• Must have own vehicle and cannot rely on Uber/Lyft due to on-call responsibilities
• Weekend work for call only with holiday rotation required
• May be required to float to other Central locations if needed
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License
• 5+ years OR experience with at least 1 travel assignment required
• Experience in larger facility with 20+ ORs required
• Trauma II experience required
• Circulating skills required, scrub experience preferred
• Epic charting preferred
• Work in 21 ORs handling 40-60 cases per day (average of 45)
• Required skills: Orthopedic, Neurosurgery (cranials), Spine procedures
• Bonus skills: General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, GI
• Must be flexible with excellent work ethic and willing to perform downtime tasks
• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Scrub colors: any color acceptable
• During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times
