Opportunity:

RN - Rehab

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Can be low censused and put on call with 2-hour minimum call back pay
• Patient ratio 1:4-1:6 during PM shifts, 1:8 during nights
• Work on 12-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• 1 year medical surgical rehabilitation experience preferred or medical/surgical background required
• Experience required in inpatient hospital setting
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license, AHA BLS
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Primary cases include stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must wear mask at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination
• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
• 13-week contract length
