Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day/night variable shifts with 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Overtime compensation after 48 hours worked
• Contract length of 13 weeks ending on Sunday
• Patient ratio of 4:1 on Med Surg Intermediate Care unit
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically higher acuity units
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour call back minimum
• Contractors must be outside a 50-mile radius of facility
• Minimum 2+ years experience required with stepdown/intermediate/PCU experience required
• ICU experience and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Care for patients with stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Handle heavy telemetry monitoring and primary patients with insulin drips
• Must be resilient, manage change well, work independently, and complete tasks timely in fast-paced environment
• Scrubs can be any color
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
