Description
Opportunity:
RN - OR
Job Details:
• 13-week contract with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 8-hour variable day shifts including 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• On-call requirements: 6-8 weeknight calls and 1-2 weekend calls during 13-week contract
• 30-minute response time for call-backs with minimum 2-hour callback pay
• Weekend and holiday rotation for call coverage only
• Must float to Aspirus Merrill, Aspirus Langlade, Aspirus Medford, and Aspirus Stanley as needed
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, Wisconsin RN License
• Minimum 5+ years OR experience with at least 1 travel assignment required
• Experience in larger facility with comparable 20+ ORs required
• Circulating experience required, scrub experience preferred
• DaVinci Robotic experience required
• Trauma Level II experience required
• Must have own vehicle due to on-call responsibilities
• Work with 21 ORs handling 40-60 cases per day across all specialties
• Skills in General Surgery, GYN, Urology, Plastics, ENT, and GI procedures preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of Aspirus Wausau
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Mask requirement during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
