Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• May be low censused and placed on call with 2-hour minimum call back
• 4:1 patient ratio in 36-bed Medical Surgical Intermediate Care unit
• Heavy telemetry monitoring with stable weaning vents/trach patients
• Care for patients with sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injury, and stroke
• Manage primary patients and insulin drips
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• 2+ years stepdown/intermediate/PCU experience required
• ICU experience preferred, Trauma Level II preferred
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• Ventilator/trach experience required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs allowed
• Must be able to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Mask required at all times during flu season if flu and COVID vaccinations are declined
