Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed 48 hours per week with overtime after 48 hours worked
• 13-week assignment starting March 23, 2026
• Float to all inpatient units as needed
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• Can be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• 2 years minimum experience required, Trauma Level II experience highly preferred
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Work on Medical and Pediatrics unit (travelers do not take pediatric patients)
• Treat adult patients with respiratory illnesses, stroke, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, sepsis, and wound care
• Typical patient ratios: 1:6-7 on night shifts
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Must demonstrate hard work ethic, resilience, ability to manage change, work independently, and maintain positive attitude with flexibility
