Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Float to all inpatient units as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• May be placed on call during low census periods with 2-hour minimum call back
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years of experience required with Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience mandatory
• ICU experience and Trauma Level II experience preferred
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Must be outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Care for patients with heavy telemetry monitoring, stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma alcohol detox, GI bleeds, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injuries, and strokes
• Manage primary patients and insulin drips
• Fast-paced unit requiring independence and timely task completion
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Clinical interview services required
