Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP
• Contract ends on Sunday rather than Saturday
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to all inpatient units at the hospital as needed, typically to higher acuity units
• May be placed on low census call with 2-hour minimum call back pay
• Patient ratio of 4:1 on a fast-paced unit
• Care for patients with conditions including stable weaning vents/trach, sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleeds, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, orthopedic trauma, spinal cord injuries, and stroke
• Manage primary patients and insulin drips
• Must work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, and ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience required
• Stepdown/Intermediate/PCU experience required
• ICU experience preferred
• At least 1 prior travel experience required
• Ventilator/Trach experience required
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Clinical interview required
