Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Float to alike units within skillset, including Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior locations
• 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with average daily census of 28 patients
• Patient ratios: days and PM max of 5 patients (average 4), nights max of 7 patients
• 2+ years of Med/Surg experience required
• Wisconsin RN License and AHA BLS certification required
• ADN or BSN degree required, with BSN preferred
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Professional-colored scrubs required
• Must be willing to float to similar units and work independently
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• May be placed on call for low census situations
• Must maintain positive attitude and flexibility with shift changes
• Collaborate effectively with team and ancillary staff for optimal patient care
