Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable day and night shifts with rotation every week or two weeks
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 13-week contract
• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility
• Float to all inpatient units as needed and potential float to other south region locations (Stevens Point, Plover, Divine Savior)
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Patient ratio of 4:1 in 8-bed Intermediate Care Unit
• Care for patients with tele monitoring, stable sepsis, trauma, alcohol detox, GI bleed, colostomy/ileostomy, chest tubes, TBI, ortho trauma, spinal cord injury, stroke, and insulin drips
• Any color scrubs accepted
• Must be hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks in timely manner in fast-paced environment
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS
• 2+ years experience in Stepdown/Intermediate Care/PCU required
• At least one completed travel contract preferred but not required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
