Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week contract assignment
• Float to alike units within skillset including Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior locations
• Must maintain 50-mile radius rule from facility
• 2+ years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Patient ratios: maximum 5 patients on days/evenings (average 4), maximum 7 patients on nights
• Work on 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with average daily census of 28
• Must demonstrate ability to work independently, manage change well, and collaborate effectively with team members
• Professional-colored scrubs required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours with possible on-call placement
• Must maintain positive attitude and flexibility with shift changes
