Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour variable shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Float to alike units within skillset (IMC) and must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Patient ratios: days and PM shifts maximum 5 patients (average 4), nights maximum 7 patients
• Work on 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with average daily census of 28
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience required, IMC experience preferred
• Required certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS
• ADN or BSN degree required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Professional-colored scrubs required
• Must be hard working, resilient, and manage change well
• Ability to work independently, complete tasks timely, and collaborate with team members
• Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes throughout shifts required
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
