Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work variable night shifts with both 8-hour and 12-hour options (must be flexible)
• Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week (minimum 36, up to 48 with overtime after 48)
• 13-week contract assignment starting ASAP
• Float team position across multiple units including observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care units
• Patient ratios: Day shift 1:4, PM shift 1:4/1:5, Night shift 1:6 occasionally 1:7
• Every other weekend requirement (would consider every weekend candidate)
• Holiday rotation required
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Minimum 1-2+ years Med/Surg experience required
• Must have experience with venipuncture and Cardizem
• Epic charting experience required within the past 2 years
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart), Active RN or Compact license, NIHSS (can be completed during orientation)
• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Must be located outside 50-mile radius of facility
• Scrub colors: No bright colors or character prints allowed
• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer
