Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour or 12-hour variable night shifts with flexible scheduling requirements
• 12-hour night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 8-hour night shift: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract assignment starting as soon as possible
• Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week (minimum 36, maximum 48 with overtime after 48)
• Float team position requiring flexibility to work on multiple units including observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care units
• Patient ratios: Day shift 1:4, PM shift 1:4-1:5, Night shift 1:6 occasionally 1:7
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart), Active RN or Compact license, NIHSS
• Minimum 1-2+ years Med/Surg experience required
• Must have experience with venipuncture and Cardizem
• Epic charting experience required within the past 2 years
• Must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Scrub colors: No bright colors or character prints
• Associate degree or certificate required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer
