Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

X-Ray Technologist - X-Ray Technologist

Job Details:

• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors and staff with emphasis on quality service and safe care
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to work as a team
• Perform routine radiography imaging procedures
• Assist with Fluoroscopy procedures including barium exams, arthrograms, myelograms, and hysterosalpingograms
• Support trauma cases and various Operating Room procedures
• Demonstrate knowledge in radiation safety and sterile technique
• Assist with Interventional Radiology cases such as Nephrostomy tubes, drainage catheter placement, Power port removals, and Tunneled catheters
• Support Pelvic Venograms and various other specialized procedures
• Provide OR coverage, ER coverage, and inpatient coverage
• Handle walk-in x-ray coverage as needed
• Work in 3 x-ray rooms, 1 Interventional Radiology room, and 1 pain clinic room
