Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every weekend and holiday rotation required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 12-week contract length
• On-call responsibilities: 2-3 shifts per month with 30-minute response time
• No float requirements
• Work in critical access hospital setting
• Handle acute care patients with patient ratios dependent on census
• Any solid color scrubs required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin or Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 1+ year of experience required
• Critical access hospital experience and ED experience preferred
• EPIC charting system used
• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer
• Guaranteed hours per week except during holidays when unit is closed
• No guaranteed orientation week
