Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts (NOC shifts)
• 72 guaranteed hours biweekly (8-week assignment)
• Required to float to critical access hospitals as needed, rarely may assist in ED units
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Patient ratio typically 2-3:1 on day shift, may flex up to 4-5:1
• Work on 10-bed unit in critical access hospital setting
• Care for general medical surgical, pre and post-operative patients, and outpatient infusion/injection patients
• Must be able to work independently in critical access environment
• Required certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS
• Minimum 2+ years medical surgical experience required
• Previous telemetry experience required with ability to interpret telemetry strips
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must wear solid color scrubs
• 8-hour unbillable orientation provided
• Must start medical compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer (24 hours for quick start)
• Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred
