Opportunity:

CT/Xray Tech - Non

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 10 hours per day guaranteed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Must be dual modality certified in both CT and X-ray
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R
• Active Virginia state license required at time of submittal
• Must have strong IV skills as there is no IV team
• Perform 0-15 CT studies per day (rarely up to 22 exams)
• Common CT studies include heads, abdomen, pelvis, angio, and extremities
• X-ray studies include chest (portable) and routine examinations
• Work with EPIC EMR system and Visage PACS
• Equipment includes GE CT units and Philips X-ray units
• Black scrubs required
• Backup on-call one weekend per month with 45-minute response time
• Holiday coverage: 1 major and 1 minor holiday preferred
• No floating expectations
• Floor-specific orientation provided
