Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs
• Perform CT scans and imaging procedures according to department protocols
• Position patients and operate CT equipment safely and effectively
• Administer contrast media following established procedures
• Verify patient identity using 2 unique identifiers prior to procedures
• Review CT images for clinically acceptable results before releasing patients
• Maintain competency with venipuncture and power injection operation
• Respond to emergency situations and assist with crash cart maintenance
• Complete patient charging activities on the day service is rendered
• Take call when necessary
• Required certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required
• Less than 1 year CT experience preferred
• Must demonstrate competence in radiation protection and dose optimization
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and infection control protocols
• Complete mandatory education and training requirements
