Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work day shift with (4) 10-hour shifts per week
• Must be available to work various days of the week
• On-call availability as needed
• Weekend requirement: minimum every other weekend
• Holiday requirement: minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
• Associates degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Georgia RN license (single state) or RN-COMPACT multi-state compact license required
• BLS certification required upon hire
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement activities
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nurses and staff
• Comply with all healthcare system policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
