Description
Opportunity:
RN - ED Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Must be available to work various days of the week
• On-call responsibilities as needed
• Minimum requirement to work every other weekend
• Holiday coverage required: minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Required certifications upon hire: BLS, Georgia RN license or Compact license
• Required certifications within specified timeframes: PALS (within 180 days), TNCC (within 18 months), ACLS (within 180 days)
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to cultural diversity
• Coordinate delivery of safe, quality patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Complete ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement activities
• Ability to function in fast-paced emergency environment and respond to emergencies
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
