Description
Opportunity:
RN - Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Must be available to work various days of the week
• On-call shifts as needed
• Work minimum every other weekend
• Work minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
• Required licenses and certifications: RN (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state Compact), BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Associate's degree in nursing or diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews
• Complete mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nursing staff
• Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and performance improvement activities
• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
