Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour night shifts per week with varied days
• Must be available to work minimum every other weekend
• On-call responsibilities as needed
• Required to work minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reporting
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment
• Required Georgia RN license (single state or compact)
• BLS certification required upon hire
• Associates degree in nursing minimum, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills required
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
