RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient Adult

Job Details:

• Work day shift with four 10-hour shifts per week
• Must be available to work various days of the week
• On-call availability as needed
• Weekend requirement: minimum every other weekend
• Holiday requirement: minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays
• Must have intraoperative experience or OR circulating experience required
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care consistent with population specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews
• Complete timely documentation in clinical environment
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification
• Education requirement: Associates in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred)
• Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
