Description
Opportunity:
RN - Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts from 10:45 AM to 9:45 PM
• Must be available to work various days of the week
• On-call availability required as needed
• Work minimum every other weekend
• Holiday coverage required: minimum 2 major holidays and 2 minor holidays
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and implement evidence-based care plans
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care for diverse patient populations
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities
• Serve as preceptor/mentor for other nursing staff and students
• Work in fast-paced environment requiring strong critical thinking and time management skills
• Required licenses: RN (Georgia or Compact state license)
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Education requirement: Associates degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
• Experience: Less than 1 year required with completion of accredited nursing school
• Direct patient care experience preferred

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
