Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
• Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs
• Required to take call when necessary
• Perform CT scans and technical procedures requiring independent judgment and initiative
• Verify proper clinician orders and obtain complete clinical history
• Administer contrast media following established procedures
• Review CT/radiographic images for clinically acceptable results
• Respond to emergency situations and maintain life support equipment
• Demonstrate competence in age-appropriate patient care and procedures
• Maintain competency with venipuncture and power injection operations
• Apply sterile technique and understand pre- and post-procedural care
• Adjust technique to minimize radiation dose while maintaining image quality
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain equipment according to infection control policies
• Transport and position patients, assist with on/off procedure table
• Complete all studies in RIS before completing in PACS
• Required certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required
• Less than 1 year CT experience preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure while participating in team environment
• Must be detail-oriented with capacity to multitask effectively
