RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ED Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Function as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team in the Emergency Department
• Provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care using evidence-based practice
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient-centered care adapted to diverse populations
• Coordinate care delivery and complete timely documentation
• Participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed manner
• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
• Required certifications upon hire: BLS, Georgia RN license or compact license
• PALS certification required within 180 days
• TNCC certification required within 18 months
• ACLS certification required within 180 days
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology for clinical care
