RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ED Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Function as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized high-quality patient care
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care that adapts to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds
• Complete timely documentation and maintain professional care delivery standards
• Function in a fast-paced emergency department environment and respond to emergencies decisively
• Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, Georgia RN license or multi-state compact license
• PALS certification required within 180 days
• TNCC certification required within 18 months
• ACLS certification required within 180 days
• Associates degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with basic computer skills
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
