Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with every weekend requirement
• 13-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Holiday rotation required
• 3-5 years medical-surgical experience required
• At least one traveler contract completion preferred
• Experience with insulin and cardiac drips required
• Must be able to read telemetry
• Short-term acute care hospital experience required
• EPIC charting experience required within last 12 months
• Required certifications: BLS, Wisconsin or Compact nursing license
• Patient ratio of 1:7-8 possible on 53-bed unit
• Float requirements to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, and other like units as needed
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Must complete required CBLs prior to starting
• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Clinical interview services required with manager phone interview
• Must demonstrate strong documentation skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
