RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract assignment
• Holiday rotation and every other weekend schedule required
• Patient ratios of 1:6, increasing to 1:7 after 11:00 PM
• May float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago, and other like units as needed
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, Wisconsin RN license
• Minimum 2 years medical/surgical experience required
• At least 1 traveler contract completed preferred
• Charge Nurse experience required for night shift
• Short term acute care hospital experience required
• EPIC charting experience required within the last 12 months
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, and manage change well
• Strong documentation skills required
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Scrub colors: Any
• Associate Degree or Certificate required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
